Someone will come to see you in the comfort of your own home and go through your bills with you. We will be able to give you a starting contribution amount straight away and go through our payment options with you, helping you to choose the best one for your lifestyle. We have many different ways of paying your bills so don't worry, we will let you know what information we need for each one.
We have four methods of payment available. Standing order direct from your account to ours, by Homecare payment card at your local Post Office or Payzone outlet and by personal cheque to us in the post. We can accept payments, weekly, 4 weekly and monthly as standard, but can also accept other payment schedules by further discussion. As soon as you have your contribution amount and have chosen your payment method you can set it up! We will explain how during the meeting.
Now you can sit back and relax. Every time a bill comes through your door, just pop it into one the pre-paid envelopes you received with your welcome pack and we do the rest! Its even easier with regular bills, we will have already taken the payment details from you and will pay them as and when they are due, on time and in full.
